I specialize in counseling adults and adolescents. My sessions are personally tailored for each individual and address multiple aspects of well-being.

 

My professional experience includes providing therapy at Jacksonville University's counseling center, teaching leadership classes on campus, and private practice counseling. Additionally, I have developed and facilitated workshops emphasizing holistic wellness. My dedication to client care was recognized with the Brooks Rehabilitation Healthcare Sciences Award for Clinical Excellence.

 

I'm also a mom to high school and middle school-aged children. I've lived in many states across the country and am grateful to have lived in sunny Florida for the past twelve years. I hope to be a source of support for you, wherever you are in your life.
